Three ways a name can relate to the city.
Wadi Yemm is explicitly described as a Ras El Hekma city precinct. Hacienda Ras El Hekma has a city-linked partner relationship inferred from Miran’s agreement and the Palm Hills/Miran collaboration. Ogami and The Med have their own developer identities and masterplans; the reviewed sources do not establish their membership in the Modon city.
That last distinction is deliberately precise. The absence of a membership statement is not a surveyed proof that a project lies outside every city boundary. This guide gives each place the relationship its evidence supports, without colouring an unverified legal parcel on the satellite map.
| Main place | Names within its story | Start with |
|---|---|---|
| Wadi Yemm · Modon | Beach Plaza, Boulevard, Wadi East/West, Waterfront Residences; Montage and Nammos announcements. | The exact precinct component and current delivery/operating evidence. |
| Hacienda Ras El Hekma · Palm Hills × Miran Hills | Coastal and lagoon residential products; supplied Crest villa brochure. | The current plan edition, code legend and exact home configuration. |
| Ogami · SODIC | Nobu hospitality and residence identity within the community. | The SODIC community, exact phase and the relevant Nobu announcement. |
| The Med · People & Places | Geo, Luma, Sachi Living and The Gray as nested identities. | The main community and precise village/product before comparing a listing. |
Use an actual reference, not a borrowed pin.
The satellite atlas contains developer-published map references where they have been accepted and recorded. Hacienda’s Palm Hills reference and Ogami’s named SODIC map component are references, not entrance gates or development footprints. The Med stays in the place guide without an accepted geographic pin in this edition; its position is not borrowed from a nearby community.
A developer kilometre marker can help orient a road address, but is not a map polygon or a reliable door-to-door travel time. For an appointment, request a live gate pin and the visitor-entry procedure. For a comparison, use the exact units and access routes rather than two generic resort centres.
Keep the other Hacienda names separate.
Hacienda Ras El Hekma, Heneish, West, White, Bay and Waters are not interchangeable names for one place. The supplied Heneish material is useful evidence that this archive contains more than one project; its masterplan and amenity descriptions do not become facts about Hacienda Ras El Hekma.
The same rule applies to operator names. A hotel or branded-residence project can sit inside a larger community without becoming a separate city or precinct. Searching and comparing both the community and the nested identity helps avoid counting the same destination twice.
A place comparison that helps someone decide.
Compare five concrete things: the exact home setting, the facilities usable at handover or during the stay, current entry and guest rights, management obligations, and the evidence date. These can answer a family’s practical question more usefully than a shared “Ras El Hekma” label or a list of promised attractions.

Supplied publications are identified by document title and page in the source register. No private chat export or sales inventory is published. Developer material describes the intentions and specifications of its edition; the guide’s analysis and questions are original.
