THREE NEW LOCATION READINGS / 4 OCTOBER 2026

Keep the full
project name.

“Hacienda” can mean different communities. “Ras El Hekma” can mean the cape, Modon’s developing city or a wider coastal address. A similar name does not mean the same place.

REFERENCE POINT

The Med

People & Places publishes The Med as a separate coastal community. Its directions link opens the named The Med feature at these coordinates.

The linked point sits in the coastal development corridor east of the cape. Geo, Luma, Sachi Living and The Gray remain names within The Med. No Modon precinct membership is established.

Location review and source

Named Google Maps feature reached through the People & Places project directions link; not a verified entrance or parcel. Checked against satellite context on 4 October 2026. The point does not confirm a gate, boundary, opening or entry.

REFERENCE POINT

Hacienda West

Palm Hills lists Hacienda West separately from Hacienda Ras El Hekma and Hacienda Heneish, with its own project reference coordinates.

This published reference is south-east of Hacienda Ras El Hekma’s reference, along the southern coastal corridor of the cape. A shared brand name does not identify the same home or city parcel.

REFERENCE POINT

Hacienda Heneish

Palm Hills lists Hacienda Heneish as its own North Coast community. Its published reference sits west of the Hacienda Ras El Hekma reference.

The supplied Heneish documents belong to this separate community. Their home drawings, areas and offers must not be relabelled as Hacienda Ras El Hekma.

The Med and SouthMED are different projects.

The Med is published by People & Places. Its directions link opens the named The Med reference. Do not use a SouthMED listing, home plan or price as evidence for The Med.

The supplied Hacienda Heneish brochures describe Heneish. They do not fill gaps in Hacienda Ras El Hekma’s floor plans, specifications or prices. Use the full project name on the offer and check the same home’s area and price together.

03 / KEEP THE CITY CLEAR

One name.
Three different meanings.

01

The geographic cape

The cape is the headland that anchors the name. Its point is a geographic reference. It does not mark the edge of the planned city.

Understand the place ↗
02

Modon’s developing city

Modon describes 17 precincts and names Wadi Yemm as its first launch. A precinct means a planned part of the city. The other 16 individual launch names are unverified in this guide.

Explore the original city drawing ↗
03

The wider coastal address

Nearby projects also use Ras El Hekma as an address. That name alone does not put a project inside Modon’s city. Ogami and The Med remain nearby context.

Read the nearby-place guide ↗

Hacienda Ras El Hekma: the guide has a Palm Hills reference point and an inferred link to the city partnership. The exact parcel and its position within the precinct framework remain unverified. Nammos and Montage are announced within Wadi Yemm; they are not extra precincts.

Coastline and major roads: © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL 1.0. Data base 4 October 2026, 00:44:50 UTC; reviewed 4 October 2026. The guide joins coastline sections only where their original node IDs match. Every original way coordinate is retained in the geographic download. The map uses a north-up Mercator projection. Fill is closed beyond the displayed area; these closing lines are never shown as coastline.

The original 13 points retain their 28 September 2026 review date. The three additions were reviewed on 4 October 2026. Geographic cape: GeoNames, CC BY 4.0. Other references: OpenStreetMap and individually credited developer map links. Points may sit away from a particular building, shore edge or entrance. They are not relocated to make a picture look better.

Distances use the haversine calculation on a sphere with mean Earth radius 6,371.0088 km, rounded to 0.1 km. They compare the accepted reference coordinates. Direction means the initial compass direction from the first reference to the second. The dashed map line is a visual reference-point connection. No road routing, travel time, geographic city boundary, beach access or precinct registration is inferred.
