June 2026 toolkit · reviewed 4 October 2026 · planned development, with each view kept in its own original frame
These are the June city planning figures. They describe intended capacity and economic projections. They do not count today’s homes, services or jobs.
City & homes
The June figure combines precincts and the free zone in one label.
What this figure does not tell you
It is not a list of individually named or launched areas. The public Modon page reviewed on 4 October still gives 17 precincts and names Wadi Yemm as the first.
The toolkit projects more than 750,000 jobs for the city.
What this figure does not tell you
These are projected jobs, not a current vacancy count, confirmed workforce or guarantee of rental demand. No delivery year is printed on this figure page.
K means thousand; M means million. B means billion.
Capacity and +
Capacity means the planned size. A plus sign means the figure is a lower threshold, not an exact final count.
GFA and F&B
GFA means gross floor area: space inside buildings, not land area. F&B means food and drink.
GDP
The value added to the economy. The toolkit’s annual figure is a projection from the developer.
The office and education lines do not explain how their areas are measured. We keep them separate from the two lines marked GFA. These four figures cannot be added into a land-area chart.
03 / THE PLANNED CITY FACILITIES
More than a summer stay.
The toolkit illustrates six parts of the intended city. Read each picture as a design or reference view, with operating details still to be checked.
The toolkit shows an illustrative terminal and aircraft. The current public city page describes a new airport south of the city.
What still needs checking
This image does not identify bookable flights, a working terminal, an opening date or a transfer to your home.
The toolkit presents a waterfront marina view. Page 13 separately shows the two domestic marina markers and the international marina/cruise-terminal marker.
What still needs checking
The illustration does not confirm public waterfront access, berth booking, cruise calls or operating facilities.
The toolkit illustrates a rail-based transport setting beside homes and public spaces.
What still needs checking
No route, stop list, fare, timetable or opening date is printed on this page. A city transit concept is separate from a confirmed regional train or coach journey.
The toolkit shows offices, streets and landscaped public spaces as a city business setting.
What still needs checking
This is not a map of leased buildings or a list of employers. The city-wide office-space figure does not establish how much is in this pictured district.
The toolkit uses an industrial-building image to illustrate the free-zone component.
What still needs checking
The image does not identify an operating Ras El Hekma factory, a tenant list or an individual buyer’s tax eligibility. Confirm business rules separately.
The marina highlights use the centres and radii of the original PDF circles in the original 960 × 540 page frame. Figure highlights select printed text cells. No shoreline is redrawn, and no source page is aligned with satellite imagery. Design views do not locate an airport, transit stop, employer or operating venue on Earth.
The June figure reads “17+ precincts & free zone”. The public Modon page reviewed on 4 October gives 17 precincts and Wadi Yemm as the first launch. These remain two separately dated descriptions; the free zone is not labelled as an extra precinct here.
