GUIDED READING
Start with the whole plan.
The source includes both publishers’ logos, a north arrow, coastline, roads, water features, home codes, black arrows and faded artwork. These belong to this one drawing.
What to ask
Keep the exact dated plan supplied with your offer. This file’s July date comes from its filename, not a printed publication date.
The reader preserves the original artwork, including unexplained arrows and faded areas. It adds no coastline trace or satellite alignment. Arrow keys move the view; Home returns to the whole plan. Use the buttons to zoom.
A clearer drawing helps you ask better questions. Each view separates what is printed from what an exact home’s offer needs to confirm.
01 / The whole drawing
Start with the whole plan.
The source includes both publishers’ logos, a north arrow, coastline, roads, water features, home codes, black arrows and faded artwork. These belong to this one drawing.
What to ask
Keep the exact dated plan supplied with your offer. This file’s July date comes from its filename, not a printed publication date.
Several curved rows follow the illustrated beach. The drawing shows roads and other homes between many buildings and the coast. It does not measure height, beach distance or a home’s actual outlook.
What to ask
Ask for the exact home, its level, a section showing ground heights, and what sits between it and the sea.
Roads curve around separate water features in this part of the image. The water artwork is not proof of swimmable lagoons, operating bridges or a permitted walking route.
What to ask
Confirm the home’s water frontage, swimming rights, paths, opening dates and ongoing charges.
VL, CH and BH examples can be read in the source. Some buildings carry A/B marks and G+ notations. No legend explains their full meaning or matches them to the sales product list.
What to ask
Match the exact plan code, building and apartment to the current offer and floor plan. A product starting price is not that code’s price.
Black arrows point towards parts of the drawing and a large portion of the artwork is faded. The supplied page does not say that fading means sold, unreleased, unavailable or complete.
What to ask
Ask for a dated release map with an explained key. Keep these unexplained marks separate from today’s availability.
A north arrow appears in the artwork. There is no printed scale or geographic coordinate grid. This reader zooms the original image; it does not measure a drive or place the plan on satellite imagery.
What to ask
Use a registered site survey for position and area, and a confirmed entrance for travel.
The guide also retains a labelled concept plan and a different overview in The Crest brochure. Their source frames and details differ. No revision order or link from these July codes to The Crest or September prices is established.
What to ask
Request the current plan version and an exact home reference. Do not move labels, arrows or prices from one drawing to another.
The concept plan, supplied July drawing and Crest overview are all retained. Their labels and details differ. The supplied material does not establish a revision order.
Labelled concept plan
Named home groups, planned shared spaces and hotel labels belong to this concept edition.
Supplied July drawing
Printed code families, black arrows and faded areas belong to this undated page with a July filename.
The Crest brochure overview
A different overview accompanies the Crest villa plans. Its geometry does not define the July marks.
Do not transfer a code, arrow, price or release status between drawings. The dated Hacienda price list and Crest floor plans remain available in their own readers.
Selected code examples are not a full plan-code register or a list of homes for sale. A code absent from the examples may still appear in the drawing.
Drawing date, credits and reading limits
Supplied Palm Hills × Miran Hills masterplan, one page. Filename date 29 July 2026; received 31 August. No printed publication date or code legend. Reviewed 3 October 2026.
Selected code examples are not a full plan-code register or a list of homes for sale. A code absent from the examples may still appear in the drawing.
Printed numbers, A/B marks and G+ notations do not establish floor areas, bedrooms, delivery or an individual home’s price.
The July filename date is not a verified publication date. Arrows, fading and the order of plan editions are not explained.
This is a publisher plan image. No Earth alignment, property boundary, shoreline tracing, scale, gate or route is added.
The complete supplied page is shown at 11,879 × 8,401 pixels. Its three black arrows are PDF annotations separate from the main picture; their creator and meaning are not identified. The reader retains these marks in the same page frame. The copper ring follows manually checked printed text; it does not survey a house.
