Two prices need the same area basis, view, floor, finishing, fees and payment terms. A higher starting price in a new release does not, by itself, show a gain on your home.
A sales count does not show completed homes or operating facilities. Keep the exact home’s handover conditions alongside the dated city works.

No Wadi-specific unit count, bedroom availability or home opening is supplied. Group or non-Abu-Dhabi sales, cash and backlog must not be read as Wadi-only figures.
