CITY LAND / READ THE APRIL REPORT
Before homes can be built, land must be transferred to the project company. A land-transfer report does not tell you that a home is finished, connected to services or ready for its buyer.
The report says this land had been officially delivered to the project company.
This is one of two further amounts mentioned in the report. It is not described as already delivered.
The report mentions this separately from the 5,400 feddans. It gives no plot-by-plot allocation.
The three amounts add up to 40,000 feddans. The two amounts with procedures underway add up to 26,200 feddans. These are sums of the report’s figures, calculated by the guide. They are not a new city-area measurement or a construction progress rate.
A feddan is a land-area unit used in Egypt. We keep the report’s original unit. The article provides no land drawing or list of plots for these amounts. We cannot assign them to Wadi Yemm, Hacienda, a named city precinct or an individual home.
These are questions to take to the seller and your adviser. This chart cannot verify a particular contract or title.
