All 420 monthly records, both period summaries, charts, history, tables and controls are included. Historical regional NASA POWER data for 1991–2025; reviewed 13 October 2026. All figures are monthly averages across the selected years. Air temperature includes day and night. No chart describes sea temperature or safe swimming.

Differences compare historical monthly averages. They do not predict your stay.
The whole year, on four clear scales.
Lines show the period average. The two selected months have coloured rings.
Monthly average at 2 metres, across day and night. This is not the daytime high.
Approximate monthly total, derived from the source’s daily mean. It does not give the number of rainy days.
Monthly mean at 10 metres. Gusts, beach shelter and waves are not shown.
Average relative humidity at 2 metres. Indoor humidity and mould risk are not measured.

A single average hides variation. The colour grid keeps all 420 monthly records visible. One square means one month in one year.

The climate pattern helps you compare months. Your home, dates and available services decide the actual experience.
01 / YOUR HOME
Ask about heating, cooling and shelter.
Which rooms have heating and cooling? Can you use the terrace comfortably in wind? Ask about the actual home, including windows, shading and exposed outdoor areas.
Ask about food, pools, restaurants, shops and maintenance during the whole stay. A warm month does not establish that a business or shared facility is open.
Use the current forecast for the destination and your travel dates. Ask the host for access and arrival arrangements. Check local sea guidance on the day before water activities.
Warm weather does not tell you occupancy, nightly rates or net income. Ask for dated booking records, operating costs, seasonal closures and the exact rental rules.
The request uses the accepted Ras El Hekma cape reference: 31.24704° N, 27.85414° E. The source meteorological grid is 0.5° latitude by 0.625° longitude. It covers broad regional conditions. It is not a weather station at your building or a measurement of its beach.
NASA POWER monthly API v2.10.0, MERRA2/POWER source header, complete years 1991–2025. Reviewed 13 October 2026. Monthly temperature and outdoor humidity refer to 2 metres; wind refers to 10 metres. Historical model data, not a forecast or direct station record.
For each selected period, every calendar month averages the year-month values equally: 10 years for 2016–2025, or 30 years for 1991–2020. The periods overlap in 2016–2020. This comparison is not a statistical test of a climate trend. Shading shows the lowest to highest monthly mean in the period, rather than daily high/low temperatures or forecast limits.
Rain: returned corrected daily mean in mm/day × actual days in that same month. The input is rounded to 0.01 mm/day, so monthly totals are approximate; a displayed zero does not promise no rain. Wind: m/s × 3.6 = km/h. Humidity differences use percentage points, not a percentage change.
Annual summary keys ending in 13 are excluded. All 420 monthly records are complete; the API fill value is rejected. The API rounds the returned coordinates to 27.854° E, 31.247° N. They are not used as an inferred grid centre, boundary or weather-station position. No sea temperature, gust, wave, sunshine-hour, indoor comfort, energy-cost or rental-yield figure is supplied.
